RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN SINGAPORE
what is your return policy for local orders?
in light of the current COVID-19 situation, POETS + PROSE will offer a 30-day return window, whereby the returns and exchanges will be required to reach us within 30 days from the original purchase date. we ask that products are returned in their original packaging with the tags attached, and items unworn, unwashed and un-damaged.
if there are issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@poetsandprose.com. we will gladly work with you on a replacement/solution.
for a limited time, we are also offering free returns for the either of the following conditions:
- you've purchased two of the same item, in the same colour, in different sizes to try on sizing, and would like to return one of them
- you've purchased two or more items, and would like to keep at least one item, and return the other(s)
- local POETS + PROSE orders above 230SGD
how do I return a locally shipped order?
please drop us an e-mail at hello@poetsandprose.com and we will happily assist you with the return/exchange. for free returns/exchanges, please have a printer ready.
how do I make an exchange or refund?
to start a return or exchange, please pack the return items with the original invoice and filled return/exchange note tucked inside.
returns will be refunded through your original mode of payment. for credit/debit card orders, please know it may take 7-21 business days for the amount to show up on your account after we have processed the refund.
refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the return. exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return. should you need to expedite your return or exchange process, please reach out to us at hello@poetsandprose.com.
how many times am I allowed to exchange an order?
there is a maximum one-time exchange per order. If you are unsure of the size or colour to order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@poetsandprose.com.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, POETS + PROSE will offer a 45-day return window, whereby the returns and exchanges will be required to reach us within 45 days from the original purchase date. we ask that products are returned in their original packaging with the tags attached, and items unworn, unwashed and un-damaged.

we want you, our international friends, to be happy with your purchase. therefore, for a limited time, we are offering a one-time free exchange for international orders above 180SGD. this means if you've bought a wrong size for your item and would like to switch to a different size, you may return the item to us and we will ship the exchange to you at no extra charge. please note though that the cost of shipping back to us would still be borne by yourself.
