*In light of COVID-19, we are limiting delivery of Two Baked Buns products to Asia, Australia and Europe. All packages will be shipped via Standard Mail with tracking. Express delivery is currently not available due to surcharges.
Please note each order is handcrafted with love and has a processing time between 3-5 working days on average unless otherwise stated.

All packages shipped via standard shipping comes with a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with your tracking number, and a link to track the package.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there may be additional customs costs in your country.
Custom Delays etc:
Please ensure you are up to date with the shipping/customs rules and regulations of the country you would like your package shipped to. We are not responsible for any customs delays for your package, for any reason. For instance, some countries require an import number from the buyer, these should be provided at the time of order. By confirming the purchase, the buyer agrees to be held responsible if there are any return fees should the package be rejected at customs or 30% of the product fee, whichever is higher, as well any additional costs associated with resending a new package.
Please always double check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure it is correct. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address and the package is returned/rejected, any costs associated with the rejected package (including replacement costs, additional shipping costs) shall be borne by the buyer.
